Exercise plan and bushes

We went to the gym today to a group thing where a trainer helped us make a program for us that addresses our goals. We are proud of ourselves as it is hard to do stuff like that by ourselves. Everyone else in the group went with someone but we did it alone (alone as we can be anyways) and that felt good.  So we have a program to help us loose weight and get some stomach muscles back.  We plan to go 3 days a week and work up to 5-6.  
On another note tomorrow- Nathan has off of work- we are ripping the bushes out in front of the house.  It will be a long tiring day but worth it as they need to go. Kim is keeping Troy for us so we don’t have to do that and care for him.
